The process of managing change is complex, it is always developing, and it is challenging. Now you are aware that change is necessary if someone wants to make a difference in any field but do you know what it takes to make waves in any field? One such individual is Dr. Robert Edward Falcone, who is making waves in the medical world. In further paragraphs, we will find out more about him.

A good start is a spark

It is often said that a good start to something is essential, as a good start has the power to forecast how things might go in the future. When you get off to a strong start, the remainder of the project or even the journey of your life becomes much simpler, and you have a solid base from which to work; that is why most academic studies are aided by having a solid basic education. It is also often said that a strong base is necessary for the construction of a sound home, and this is somehow true as the competition is increasing day by day. If you want to be in the game, you should have the basic skills to play it. This is because no one is now willing to teach you the basics. Comparison and affirmation are becoming ever more preoccupied topics in our contemporary culture. If you can’t be number one or number two, then you may as well not play at all;this is a way of thinking that is becoming more prevalent but should be avoided at all costs.

Dr. Robert Falcone was lucky enough to realize that a good start to his career was essential. He emigrated to the United States from a family of modest means and worked very hard as soon as he migrated, and now he has just become a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and is also working as an adjunct professor of surgery at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. In addition to that, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Columbus Medical Association and Affiliates, where he is responsible for overseeing programs that are patient-centered.

Keep hustling, and success will come on its own

Robert Falcone pursued a degree in medicine at Kent State University, where he also earned a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and was awarded the magna cum laude honors degree in 1973. In 1976, he received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University, where he had previously studied. Between the years 1976 and 1981, he worked at Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he also completed internships, rotations, a surgical residency, and critical care training.

Dr. Falcone is making waves in the industry by accumulating a plethora of academic credentials and professional experiences, which demonstrates his capacity to successfully manage his own company. He is the recipient of a number of awards, the most notable of which are the James Fairchild Baldwin Award from the Grant Medical Center in 2009 and the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Ohio State University in 2006. As a direct consequence of this, he was chosen to serve as president of the board of trustees for the Ohio location of the American College.
