English Revolution in white ball cricket

Roads English Revolution houses and alleys in England freeze in the severe winter of March. There is no smile in English cricket either. Maybe it’s snowing there too, it’s all frozen. English cricket bewildered, humiliated by humiliation. Nasser Hussein’s unwavering voice bursts out, Bangladesh Tigers have knocked out the English Lions out of the World Cup. After a few months, summer will set, and the sun will shine across the skies of England. Nature will dance. The sultry pain around will go away. Joy will flow in people’s minds. What will happen to English cricket? Will the enjoyable summer return to cricket by pushing this humiliating ‘ice’ frozen in sheer shame?

Andrew Strauss has received new positions and responsibilities. The result of an incredible nail-biting match with India – a tie. A breathtaking victory over South Africa, a resounding victory over the West Indies and the Netherlands; The whole World Cup has been exciting for England.

Strauss announced the departure of Peter Moores, explaining why Kevin Pietersen was no longer in the plan. In the long list of coaches in the history of English cricket, the English have won. Two Zimbabweans have served in two terms – Duncan Fletcher and Andy Flower. Arguably, the golden age of English cricket has passed between these two. Strauss announces new coach – Trevor Bayliss; Who is not English, the arch-rival Australian. And Eoin Morgan is the name of confidence for him as a captain.

Andrew Strauss, born in South Africa, Eoin Morgan of Ireland and Trevor Bayliss of Australia; None of the three important characters in English cricket are English. England has forgotten the nose-high racism, abandoned arrogance; English cricket welcomes him. As if he was an Irish gift in English cricket.

I have known him for many years for playing for Middlesex and England. I am well aware of his abilities and leadership. There is no better person for English cricket. I did not see any responsibility for his failure in the World Cup. The team was not what he wanted. There is something special about it. My responsibility was to supply as per his demand.

Morgan dismissed the suspicion. He has to behave like a leader. We will achieve what we want, the way we want.  The captain instilled confidence in everyone in the team.

“Three lions in the flag of England – Three Lions. Do you know why?”

Eoin Morgan explains the three lions in his own way. We have to fight with the greatness of these three lions in our hearts. The three lions symbolize the three faiths. You have to embrace these three things. Courage, unity, respect. Don’t go without courage. In You have to be strong for any achievement. Unified effort makes any difficult path easy. Respect. Respect for each other, respect for each other’s emotions and beliefs. There may be differences of opinion, thoughts and ideas may be different, every person is different.

Eoin Morgan loves to take on challenges, Andrew Strauss wants to think differently. The whole ‘think tank’ of English cricket wants a radical change in thinking. Field cricket wants to change everything. There have been many attempts to root Anddin.

Morgan likes the New Zealand rugby team ‘All Blacks’ very much. The way they became one of the best rugby teams in the world inspired Morgan.  Alex Hales, Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, Eoin Morgan and Jos Butler will be in the top five. And the rest is Joe Root – he will play the anchor role. England management wants to set up a team that will scare the opposition, spread panic in the opposition camp. Every cricketer will be an ‘individual’ match winner. Spinners will be wicket takers. It will tear the opponent to pieces.
