National University sets Honours admission test for April 25

The National University will hold its 2025–2026 Honours first-year admission test on April 25. The exam will run from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at centres across Bangladesh.

The university announced the final date in an urgent notice issued on Tuesday, April 7. The test will take place at 138 centres located in divisional and district towns. About 450,000 candidates are expected to sit for the examination this year.

Earlier, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr ASM Amanullah mentioned April 25 as a possible date. He shared the information during a media interview. The university has now confirmed the schedule through an official notice.

Eligible applicants must download their admit cards between April 11 and April 24. They can collect the document from the university admission website. Students must log in using their Application ID and PIN.

The university asked candidates to reach their exam centres by 10:15 am. Officials said early arrival will help maintain order and avoid delays. Students should also check their seat plans at least three days before the test.

Candidates must bring their admit card and HSC registration card on exam day. They must also follow all instructions printed on the admit card.

Acting Dean Dr Md Ashek Kabir Chowdhury issued the notice with approval from the Vice-Chancellor. The university may publish more instructions if needed before the examination.

Further updates will be shared through official notices on the admission website before the test date.
