1. Mix ginger powder, lemon juice, lemon peel and a little black pepper in the same amount of water. Then the mixture should be boiled. Take it cold and drink it later.
2. Mix whole cumin, black pepper and cinnamon in one liter of water. Then boil the mixture for five minutes. You can mix the honey with the mixture and drink it.
3. Boil mint leaves well in a cup of water. Then take the packet of green. Leave it for three minutes and pick up the packet of greens. Drink after that.
Many times physical exercise, even after taking a moderate diet, weight is not under control. Weight control can be difficult if you have hormonal problems. In that case, you must take the advice of a doctor.
Fruits are very beneficial for our health. Every human being must have any kind of fruit in his daily food list for his own good health. The benefits of eating fruit are great for anyone of any age.
Some fruits also help in weight loss. Eating fruit four times a day reduces the intake of extra calories. And thus the fruit helps to lose weight. And certain fruits are more beneficial in this case. Let us know about it: –
Watermelon: Known as a mineral rich fruit. Its calorie content is also low. One cup, that is, 150 to 160 grams of watermelon will match only 48 to 61 calories. Although low in calories, it contains high levels of ash, potassium and antioxidants such as vitamin C, beta-carotene and lycopene. And its sugars slowly mix with the blood. This reduces the need to eat other foods.
Apples: Apples are high in fiber and rich in flavonoid polymers, which help in weight control. Apples with peel should be eaten to get fiber and antioxidants. It controls blood sugar. Keeping blood sugar under control helps control appetite and prevents diabetes.
Orange: Like other sour fruits, oranges are rich in vitamin C and low in calories. And it helps to keep the stomach full for a long time. But keep in mind that eating whole oranges is more beneficial than eating juice.
Bananas: Due to the high levels of calories and sugars, many people avoid eating bananas to lose weight. However, although it is high in calories, it also contains potassium, magnesium, manganese, fiber, various antioxidants and vitamins A, B-6 and C. The sugars in this fruit are also slowly absorbed by the body. So bananas rich in various nutrients help to keep the body weight low.
Pears: A study published in the British Medical Journal found that pears help control weight because they contain flavonoid polymers. Per 138 mg. Excess flavonoid polymers increase weight at a lower rate. Therefore, those who want to lose weight should eat fruits rich in flavonoids. When eaten with peel, its fiber keeps the stomach full for a long time. As a result, it is possible to refrain from eating random food.
Strawberries: Blueberries or strawberries are low in calories but have many other nutrients. Although blueberries are not readily available in our country, strawberries are available. One cup or 152 grams of strawberries contains less than 50 calories.
