Saradghat, Dhaka: Fire has caught at a launch named Moyur-7 in Dhaka’s Sadarghat now in under control. As per the report, a total of 12 Units of Fire Service has brought the fire under control. The Sadarghat Launch Terminal fire incident has take place o Friday ( June 30, 2023) at around 11:10 AM.
Lima Khanom, duty officer of Fire Service said this to Epi Express. The officer said that fire has caught at a Launch named Moyurponkhi-7 at Sadarghat. The first unit of Fire Service reached the spot at 11:15 AM to control the fire after hearing about the incident. Now, total 12 Units has succeed to control the situation.
The reason of the fire is not know till now. Initially, no casualties has found. But it is said that, the fire has started in the 2nd floor of the Launch.
