Students under the National University must complete their Honours 4th Year form fill-up by Thursday, March 12, 2026. The online application is available through the NU Examination Management System website.
The university first announced the schedule in an official notice on February 16. Online applications opened on February 18 through the portal at ems.nu.ac.bd.
At the time of writing, the online system was operating normally. Students can access the portal by logging in with their registration number.
Applicants must enter their academic details through the student login section. After submitting the information, they must download and print a copy of the completed form for their records.
University officials advised students to complete the process carefully and check for errors before submission. They also warned that heavy traffic may slow the website, so students may need to try again later if problems occur.
The fee payment process will follow a separate schedule. Students must pay their examination fees through the Sonali Seba system between March 12 and March 18.
Officials said students who fail to submit the form will not be allowed to sit for the final year examination. They also asked candidates to keep printed copies of both the application form and payment documents for verification if needed.
The form fill-up process is essential because only approved applicants can take part in the Honours final year examinations. Missing the deadline may delay graduation for some students.
The university is expected to release further instructions about examination schedules after the form submission and fee payment period ends.
