Sushant Singh Rajput case: Mumbai police filed affidavit on FIR against sisters SSR

The CBI had objected to the Bombay High Court a few days ago on the FIR filed by Riya Chakraborty against the sisters of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput (Case of Sushant Singh Rajput) in Mumbai Police, following which the Mumbai Police on Monday  Have told that the crime has been revealed by this FIR.  This FIR was legally mistaken by the CBI.  The affidavit filed by Nikhil Kapse, senior inspector of Bandra police, said that by filing an FIR against Rajput’s sisters, the police was not trying to ‘influence or derail’ the CBI probe.

The Mumbai Police has filed an affidavit in the court regarding this FIR was legally mistaken, stating that it was duty bound to file an FIR.  The police have also denied the allegations that she is trying to hurt the reputation of the 34-year-old actor and his sisters.  In this affidavit, Mumbai Police has requested to dismiss the petition filed a petition in the court and urgent by Sushant’s sisters- Priyanka Singh and Mitu Singh.

Priyanka and Mitu had filed a petition in the court and urgent that the court cancel the police FIR registered against them.  He has requested to dismiss the FIR lodged for the alleged fraud and making fake medicines for his brother.
