The wonders of space

This universe of ours is very strange. Surprises are spread over and over again. We know very little about this vast universe. Various stars, planets, satellites have now become human destinations for the purpose of knowing the unknown. Various vehicles are being sent to those addresses. New information is coming for the benefit of those campaigns. But this universe is so vast that there is no end to it. The sky above our heads contains billions of wonderful elements. Just as each of these elements is full of wonder, so strange is its structure, action, and effect. This article will tell you about some of the wonderful elements of space.

Mysterious radio signal
In 2006, astronauts discovered some mysterious radio signals. The reason for the mystery is that those signals were not radio signals on Earth. It was coming from an extraterrestrial star. Since then, researchers have been searching for mysterious radio signals at various times. So far, about 60 radio signals have come to the attention of astronomers. Ultra Strong, Ultra Bright These signals last only a few milliseconds, named Fast Radio Bursts (FRB).

When people on Earth first heard about these signals, they thought they might be signals sent by aliens. Although that mystery has not yet been solved. However, scientists now know that the signals are coming from Proxima Centauri, 4.2 light-years away. According to Scientific American, this signal is of a much narrower frequency than the signals that scientists can observe from man-made devices such as satellites and spacecraft. However, there are differences of opinion as to the source of this mysterious signal.

Some scientists say that this signal is being created as a result of the very rapid rotation of a neutron star with a strong magnetic field. According to some, such a signal is coming to Earth as a result of the merging of two neutron stars. However, many have referred to these signals as waves coming from alien spacecraft. Since 2019, several countries around the world, including the United States, have been conducting research to solve the mystery of extraterrestrial signals. Scientists have recently been able to capture radio signals that have been transmitted six times in a short period of time. As a result, it is thought that this mystery may be solved soon.

The Bermuda Triangle in space
The astronauts of the International Space Station suddenly saw a bright flash of light when they came to a certain place. Several astronauts have experienced this. However, this happened while passing through the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA). This is a special magnetic field of the earth. Its range from Chile to Zimbabwe is 1,000-60,000 kilometers.

Nuclear pasta
We know that diamond is the hardest substance found in the world. But do you know which is the hardest substance in the universe? That is nuclear pasta.  Before destruction, the mass of a neutron star is equal to 10 to 29 solar masses. And the remnants of such a large neutron star are nuclear pasta. If you give an example, you can understand exactly how strong the nuclear pasta created from the neutron star is. To crush a certain amount of steel you need to apply 10 billion times more energy than to crush the same amount of nuclear pasta! Nuclear pasta is so strong because of the concentration of the substance inside it. This is by far the hardest substance known to man.

Rectangular red nebula
Different gases are located in the galaxy in such a way that they have a special shape. However, among these nebulae there is the idea of a strange shape, a nebula that looks rectangular. Such geometric nebulae are rarely seen. This rectangular red nebula is located 2,300 light-years from Earth. The reason scientists have put behind such a shape is that there are two stars right in the middle of this nebula. Due to the bright light emitted from these two stars, the color of this nebula looks red and the shape is rectangular. However, some researchers believe that the two stars emit ultraviolet rays that combine with the carbon-rich dust in the nebula to form a red color.

Mysterious neutrino
Neutrinos are electrically charged, less active atomic particles. These particles interact weakly with electrons and protons. The peculiarity of these particles is that they can pass through any substance unaltered. The object through which they move does not even notice. For example, millions of neutrinos are going through the human body, but humans are not aware of it. However, scientists have not yet been able to solve the mystery of where these particles come from. However, all scientists agree that these particles are cosmic particles. Their idea is that these neutrinos could be born as a result of cosmic events, such as a collision of galaxies or the fall of a star into a black hole.

The IceCube Neutrino Observatory, which has been working on neutrino detection since 2010, often finds such particles. But in September 2016, they found a neutrino that could give an idea of the source of the neutrino. They studied the particle and said that it flowed to Earth from a supermassive black hole at the center of the galaxy 4 billion years ago. In 2015, Takaaki Kazita of Japan and Arthur B. of Canada won the Nobel Prize in Physics for their research on neutrinos. McDonald’s.

Strange stars
Its brightness sometimes decreases by about 20 percent. From this, astronomers are guessing that there are some elements around it that prevent its light from coming out. There are various theories about this star. Some astronomers call it a megastructure made by aliens. According to them, it has an orbit of solar panels on the outside which causes its brightness to decrease from time to time. However, modern researchers say that it is different from other stars due to the presence of a dust-ring on the outside.

Infrared flow from space
When a star dies, it is called a neutron star. Such neutron stars emit high-energy radiation, such as X-rays. But in September 2016, astronomers noticed a long stream of infrared light from a neutron star 600 light-years away. Astronomers have never seen such an event before. According to them, the dust disk surrounding the star is generating such an infrared signal. However, the exact explanation is still unknown.

Aurora in planet-like objects
These are floating like other stars. Scientists have recently found several such objects. One such type found in 2016 is SIMP J01365663 + 0933473. It is the same size as the planets we know. Its distance from our earth is 200 light years. However, its magnetic field is 200 times larger than Jupiter’s magnetic field. It is so powerful that it can cause aurora. Its aurora can be seen from Earth through radio telescopes.

Haume’s ring
One such dwarf planet is Haumia, which orbits Neptune in the Kuiper Belt. It looks like an egg. It has two moons and is only 4 hours long. As a result, it is the fastest moving object in the solar system. But even more surprising information comes to light when scientists see it orbiting in front of a star. At that time they saw that this oval dwarf planet has a circular ring around its center.

Dark-matterless galaxies
We can see very little of our universe. All other matter is invisible. But these invisible substances only interact with other substances through the gravitational ball.  In other words, about 75% of the matter in the universe is dark matter. These substances do not emit or absorb electromagnetic waves. As a result, they cannot be seen directly through binoculars. But is there a galaxy where there is no dark matter? While searching for such a galaxy, in 2016, a team of astronomers found a strange galaxy where there is almost no dark matter. Although they have a lot of controversy about that discovery.

Hyperion with electric charge
There are probably many strange satellites in space. But the weirdest satellite is Saturn’s Hyperion. It looks a lot like a potato.  It is orbiting Saturn with a radius greater than that of the Titan satellite.  From 2004 to 2006, NASA’s Cassini spacecraft.
