For this purpose, he opened the Grameen bank, through which he has helped thousands of poor people run their small businesses and led them to earn massive profits. The bank provides loans to those poor entrepreneurs who cannot afford to take loans from standard banks. Owing to the establishment of Grameen Bank and finding microfinance and micro bank, he was awarded the Nobel Prize.
