Bangladesh Railway Starts Dedicated Call Center for Real-Time Updates

Bangladesh Railway has launched its own call center to provide passengers with information, services, and support related to rail travel. The new Railway call center officially began operations on Tuesday, September 10.

This information was announced by Md. Nahid Hasan Khan, Director of Public Relations at Bangladesh Railway.

Passengers can now dial 131 from any number to receive information and assistance regarding train schedules, ticketing, and other railway services. This new initiative aims to enhance the customer experience, and Bangladesh Railway welcomes valuable feedback and suggestions from users to improve the service further.
