The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) Bangladesh will publish the MBBS Migration 2024 Result today, February 29, 2024. The DGME authority will publish the 1st Migration Result along with the 1st Waiting List through the official website.
Today (February 29, 2024) Professor Dr. Md. Mohiuddin Matubbar, Director of the Health Education Department (Medical Education) has confirmed the information. He stated that a total of 71 seats are available in various quotas in the Govt Medical Colleges. Most of the seats are vacant in the general student quota.
MBBS Migration 2024 Result
This year, the Medical College Admission Test for MBBS Course was taken on February 9, 2024. The 1st Merit List of the MBBS Admission for the session 2023-24 was published on February 11. As per the report, a total of 39,923 candidates were selected in the 1st Merit. The admission process was started on February 18 and continued till February 24, 2024.
Meanwhile, the MBBS Migration Process has started officially. Those students who applied for the Migration, now all of are waiting for the result. In fact, the result date was announced on Thursday (Today). The date has been confirmed through Professor Dr. Md. Mohiuddin Matubbar, Director of the Health Education Department (Medical Education).
It is said that the MBBS Migration 2024 Result for the session 2023-24 is set to be published on Thursday, February 29, 2024. The List will be available on the official website. After five days, the 2nd Migration List will be published.
Medical MBBS 1st Migration Result Online
This year, the Medical Admission Test result was published on February 11. The pass rate was 47.82% among 1 Lakh 2 thousand candidates. The candidates who have been selected in the 1st Merit List, where some of them will be eligible for Migration.
Those who are waiting for the 1st Migration Result, can check it today. The date has been confirmed by the Directorate General of Medical Education Authority. It is also said that, the List will be available on the admission portal. Candidates will need to submit the roll number to check the result.

- Step 2: For this, write the URL (https://result.dghs.gov.bd/) or copy and paste it on the internet browser.
- Step 3: When the homepage of the website appears, simply tap on the “MBBS” menu.
- Step 4: It will move you to the result page.
- Step 5: Type your roll number according to the admit card.
- Step 6: Now, click on the “Result” button.
- Step 7: The Merit List will be displayed on the screen.
- Step 8: Print out the page or take a screenshot to use it later.
According to the report, a total of 1,04,374 admission aspirants applied for the MBBS Admission. However, 1 Lakh 2 thousand candidates took part in the admission test for the session 2023-24. Among them, a total of 49,923 candidates were selected in the 1st Merit List for various Govt and Non-Govt Medical College of the country.
