4 Police ASP recruited through 40th BCS Left Job

A total of 4 Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASP) of the 40th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Police Cadre have left the service. They were training as apprentices in Sardah, Rajshahi.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued a notification in this regard on May 16, 2024. However, no reason was mentioned in the notice for the resignation of the four officers. The notification was published officially on Tuesday (May 21) on the Home Ministry’s Public Security Department website at mhapsd.gov.bd.

The four ASP are; MD Mehedi Hasan Patowari, MD Jhontu Ali, Tawsar Tanjamul Haque and Aminul Islam. The officers were exempt on April 27, 2024.

According to the notice, four police officers submitted the application for exemption. They were exempt from service based on the officers’ application.
