Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has published the 46th BCS Result of the Preliminary Exam. The merit list of the selected candidates is available on the PSC website at bpsc.gov.bd.
As per the report, PSC has published the result after a special meeting held today (May 9) at 4 PM. A total of 10,638 candidates have passed on the Preliminary Exam taken on April 26, 2024. Candidates can now check the merit list directly from the PSC website.
In addition, a press release has been issued by the Public Service Commission. The notice was signed by MD Neyamot Ullah, Examination Controller (Cadre). It is said that the 46th BCS Preli Result has been published today, Thursday (May 9).
Know how to check the result at bpsc.gov.bd
- First of all, visit the official website of Bangladesh Civil Service.
- Type bpsc.gov.bd on the browser.
- On the homepage, locate the recent notices.
- Click on the notice titled “46th BCS Preliminary Result”.
- Open the page and type your roll number in the search bar.
- If the roll number is highlighted, then you will be considered selected for the written exam.
Note that, the 46th BCS Preli Exam was taken on April 26, 2024. The MCQ Exam was conducted from 10 AM to 12 PM across the country. About 2,54,561 candidates reportedly have appeared on the Preliminary Test in 215 centers under 8 divisions of the country.
This year, PSC will recruit 3,140 candidates in various cadres including General, admin, Police, Health, and Professional/Technical Cadres. Among them, 1,682 vacancies in the health cadre; 1,682 assistant surgeons, and 16 assistant dental surgeons.
