The result of the 12th National Election has been published. Bangladeshi actress Mahiya Mahi participated in the Election from Rajshai-1 (Godagari and Tanore) as an independent candidate. Her symbol Truck failed to get any votes in 17 polling centers.
According to the report, Mahi Election Result 2024 has been published officially. As the actress has millions of fans and followers, all of them are quite excited to know the result of their favorite actress. Mahi got a total of 8,262 votes out of 136 polling centers.
Awami League candidate and current Member of Parliament Omar Farooq Chowdhury got the highest votes in the Rajshahi-1 seat. He got a total of 86,846 votes, according to the report. On the other hand, another independent candidate Ghulam Rabbani got a total of 74,261 votes under the Kanchi Symbol.
Meanwhile, actress Mahiya Mahi released a statement expressing her acceptance of the result of the 12th National Election.
As per the report, the voting in the Rajshahi-1 seat was started at 8 AM today, January 7, 2024. The voting process was continued till 4 PM. The vote-counting process was started after ending the voting. There are 440,218 voters in total in the Rajshahi-1 constituency, among them 219,653 male voters and 220,564 female voters.
