Staff Reporter, Biral, Dinajpur: The Sixth Upazila Parishad Election of the Biral Upazila in Dinajpur District is all set to held tomorrow, Tuesday (May 21, 2024). The votes will be cast from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM without any break. A total of 3 candidates are participating for Chairman Post.
As per the report, three candidates are participating in the Chairman post. The Symbol are; Motorcycle, Pineapple (Anaros), Ink (Dowat Kolom). Former Chairman Mostafizur Rahman Babu is participating with Pineapple (Anaros) Symbol, Roma Kanto Roy Motorcycle, and Sudhir Chandra Shill participating the Election with Dowat Kolom Symbol.
Sources said to Epi Express that, there is huge possibility that Roma Kanto Roy will be win the race. While workers and supporters are claimed that Mostafizur Rahman Babu will get back his sit once again in this Biral Upazila Election 2024.
Note that, about 3.52 crore voters all over the 156 upazilas are registered under 13,016 polling stations according to the data announced by Election Commission on Sunday (May 18). Among them, 1,79,05,464 males, 1,72,99,047 females and 237 transgender persons
