Bangladesh Public Service Commission has released 46 BCS Circular today (November 30) for the Year 2023. The Online application is set to begin on December 10. Interested candidates can fill up the application form directly through the official website.
The Circular for the 46th BCS has officially issued the notification today through a press release. A notice was published on the official website of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission. It was signed by the Examination Controller Ananda Kumar Biswas.
It is said on the notice that, a total of 3140 candidates will be recruited through this circular. Interested candidates are invited to submit the online application before the deadline. They can fill up the form directly through the official website at bpsc.teletalk.com.bd.
As per the notice, a total of 489 candidates will be recruited in the General Cadre whereas 274 for the Administration Cadre. In addition, 2074 cadres will be appointed on Professional or Technical Cadre. The rest of the posts are for BSC General and Technical Education.
Interested candidates can submit the 46th BCS Application from December 10. The application procedure will be conducted online through the official website at bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. The application submission will be continued till December 31, 2023. Candidates can get 21 days to submit their application.
Those students who passed the Honours Final Year and Degree Final Year Exam recently, they are eligible for the 46th BCS. The age limit has been set to 21- 30 years and 21 to 32 for the Son/Daughter of Freedom Fighters, Candidates with disabilities, and BCS (Health).

Earlier, several officials of BPSC informed the media regarding the BCS Circular on November 20. They stated that the circular will be published on November 30, 2023. You can read the news from here – 46th BCS Circular to be published on November 30.
In addition, the 45th BCS Written Exam was Postponed due to the ongoing political programs called by the BNP and other political parties. BPSC officially postponed the exam on November 24 through an official notice. The exam was supposed to be held from November 27 to December 11, 2023. The new exam, time, and venue will be declared later, as said on the notice.
Note that, the last notification, 45th BCS Circular was published at the same time. The circular was published on November 30, 2022. Besides, the application time was 21 days.
