Dental Admission Result Published, Check Merit List Online

Dental Admission Result 2024

Dental Admission Result for the session 2023-24 has been published officially. A total of 22,575 candidates passed the admission test taken on Friday (March 8). The Merit List of BDS Results is now available online.

As per the report, 37,873 candidates participated in the exam from all over the country. The pass rate for this year stands at 44.44%. KM Muhtasim Sadik Tanim got the highest marks on Dental Admission. He secured the first position in the merit list by scoring 93.75 on the exam.

The information was confirmed through an office order issued on Sunday (March 10). Director of Health Education Department (Medical Education) Prof Md Mohiuddin Matubbar signed the result notice.

“The BDS Dental Admission Result 2024 for the academic year 2023-24 has been published. The Merit List of the successful candidates is available on the portal. Now, candidates can view their merit status only on the official website,” mentioned on the notice.

So, every candidate who appeared on the admission test, can check the result on the Department of Health Education and Family Welfare website (www.mefwd.gov.bd), Department of Health Education website (www.dgme.gov.bd), Department of Health website (www.dghs.gov.bd). In addition, the merit list can be found through mobile SMS.

This year, the Dental Admission Test for Govt and Non-Govt Dental Colleges and Dental Units of Medical Colleges was held on March 8, 2024. The Exam is conducted from 10 AM to 11 AM across the country. As per the admission circular, there was a cut-mark system for wrong answers.

It was said that 0.25 marks would be cut for each wrong answer in the written examination. If a candidate gets under 40 marks on the test, will be considered as failed.
