The Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP) has canceled the FVW Result 2023. The written and viva exams will be taken again soon. The exam Date, Venue, and Seat Plan will be published through the official website.
Today (January 14, 2024), DGFP has confirmed the information officially. A notice was issued on the website in this regard. It was signed by A H M Lokman, Director of the DGFP. The authority decided to take the exam again for the Family Welfare Visitor post.
It is said on the notice that the Family Welfare Visitor (FWV) Exam has been canceled for the recruitment notice published on March 10, 2020. The FWV Written exam was taken on February 18, 2023, as per the exam schedule issued by the Directorate General of Family Planning. After that, FWV Result 2023 was published on May 11, 2023.
As per the report, a total of 7,621 candidates was passed the exam and selected for the Viva Exam which was conducted on June 18, 2023. Those candidates who have passed the written exam and appeared on the viva exam, need to participate in the exam again.
The authority said on the notice that, they got complaints against the FWV Written Exam. After that, DGFP appoints 4 officials to investigate the matter. The officials have completed the investigation and conducted a meeting on January 11, 2024. The authority has canceled the trainee nomination process at the meeting.

DGFP also stated that the written and viva exams for Family Welfare Visitors (FWV) will be taken again. The exam will be taken as early as possible. For this, the exam date, venue, and seat plan will be published on the official website at dgfp.gov.bd.
