The Honours 1st Migration Result 2024 of the National University Honours Admission session 2023-24 has been published today (April 18). The Migration Result can be checked from the official website from 4 PM. Students can apply Online and Mobile SMS to know the status.
National University decided to publish the 1st Migration along with the 2nd Merit List of the Honours 1st Year Admission on Thursday. Candidates who are waiting for the result can check it today from 4 PM.
Honours 1st Migration Result 2024
Admission aspirants of the National University who are selected in the 1st Merit List, are also eligible to change their assigned subject. The university allowed the candidates to do this by applying the Migration System. The automatic system will complete the process once the interested candidates enable the option.
The National University (NU) announced that the Honours Admission 1st Migration Result for the academic year 2023-24 will be published on Thursday, April 18, 2024 (Today). The Merit Status of the Migration Process will be available on the admission website at 4 PM.
Important Dates for Selected Candidates
According to the notice issued by the National University, the candidates who will selected in the Migration system, need to complete the admission process. They are advised to fill up the online admission form through the official website at app1.nu.edu.bd. The procedure will start on April 18 and continue till April 28, 2024.
The candidates who are interested in changing the assigned subject using the migration system, and successfully changed the subject, fill up the online form and take a printout within the mentioned time limit.

How the Migration System Works?
Interestingly, the Subject will be changed to upper level according to the Subject Choice. For example, a student chooses Accounting as 1st, Management 2nd, Economics in 3rd, English in 4th, and Bangla in the 5th Choice. But, the student was selected in the 1st Merit List for the Subject English. If he/she enables the Migration System while confirming the Admission, there is a chance to get into Economics Management or Accounting.
Note that, the student will get the subject based on the available seats of the selected college. If there is no seat in Accounting and some seats available in the Management Department, there is a chance to get this Subject.
Check Honours Admission 1st Migration Result Online
To confirm whether the students are selected for the Honours 1st Migration or not, they need to check the result. As the result is set to publish today at 4 PM, students are advised to check the status on the admission portal.
- Step 1: First of all, open the admission portal (app1.nu.edu.bd) of the National University.
- Step 2: Write the URL or Copy and Paste it on the browser and hit the enter button.
- Step 3: Once the main page appears on your device, simply tap on the “Honours” menu.
- Step 4: Click on the “Applicant’s Login” button under the “Honours Admission”.
- Step 5: You will get the Applicant’s Account Login window on the next page.
- Step 6: Type “Application Roll Number” in the first box.
- Step 7: Similarly, type “PIN” number.
- Step 8: Now, click on the “Login” button. This will send you to the profile page.
- Step 9: The result status will be displayed on the student profile.
This instruction will show the Migration Result within a few minutes. But, it will take more time if the website does not respond due to huge pressure. Students are advised to try frequently visiting the mentioned website to check the Merit Status.
