A massive fire broke out at a chemical godown in Islambagh area of Chawk Bazar in the capital. 8 Units of Fire Service and Civil Defense reached the spot and trying to control the fire.
As per the report, the Chawk Bazar Fire incident took place today (March 23) at around 3:30 am. The first unit of Fire Service reached the spot at 3:35 am. No casualty has been reported in this incident so far.
Fire Service Headquarters Duty Officer Rashed Bin Khaled said to Media that, the got the message regarding the Chawk Bazar Chemical Godown fire at 3:30 Am. The first unit has reached the place at 3:35 am. Then, 8 Units join one by one to control the fire. However, the cause of the fire.
There was a shoe factory in the building, locals said to Media, report Jamuna Tv. As the Chawk Bazar area is densely populated, they fear that the fire will spread to the near buildings.
