Facebook users are facing a new problem “Picture not sending on messenger” today, July 7, 2023. As per the report, users are unable to send Images, Screenshots on Facebook and it’s video and text Messaging app Messenger. Lakh of users are facing this issue on Friday, July 7, 2023 from 06:00As PM.
As per the users, they are won’t able to send New Images or screenshots. They found issue today at around 06:00 PM. While writing this news, the issue not solved yet. But, users can upload or share the pictures, images on Facebook post and comment section.
Meanwhile, our tech expert Sumon has found the error as like other users. He found that, old images are now can sending via Facebook Lite and Messenger. For example, you have seen a Facebook post yesterday that contains pictures, you can send the pictures on messenger. But, new pictures or screenshots are not sending on the app.
According to him, those pictures thats are already available on Facebook server, now users are able to send as before the issue. But, new Images are not sending via Facebook Lite or Messenger. Till now, there is no solutions comes from the platform.
A user wrote on Facebook regarding the issue. “I have deleted the Caches from the Messenger app when I found the issue. Later I uninstalled it from my phone. And installed it again. But I am unable to send New Images/Pictures or Screenshots using Facebook Messenger”.
In addition, another user shared his experience on his post. As per him, he Erased all the data using the Factory Reset settings. But, I am failed to send pictures.
