Meanwhile, Samsung has identified that what is the reason for the touch screen of the Galaxy S23 not working properly after rolling out the update. The Korean company said that the fault is from Google’s side. The display is not working properly when anyone opens the Discover Feed on the Google App.
As per the press release, the company has notified the problem to Google and they are working to fix it. However, Samsung suggests the users follow a solution; affected users must need to clear the data from the Google App and restart the device. The device will work properly after clearing the data.

- First of all, you will need to enter the “Settings” page.
- Go to the “Apps” section and tap on “Google”.
- Tap on “Storage” and clear them.
- Finally, restart the phone.
This will allow the users to clear the Data from Google App. However, users may be required to log in to the Google Account once the device opens.
Note that, Google will release a new update in the coming week for Samsung Galaxy S23 to fix the issue. For this, everyone who installed the are One UI 6.1 update advised to enable auto-updates.
