The Secondary Education Board’s SSC Exam 2025 date has been declared. The SSC and Equivalent Exam for the year will take place on the first week of February. On the other hand, HSC and its Equivalent Exams will be conducted in the first week of April.
On Tuesday (March 5, 2024) Inter-Education Coordination Board President and Dhaka Education Board Chairman Prof Tapan Kumar Sarkar confirmed this information. All Boards under Secondary and Higher Secondary Education have instructed the concerned to prepare for the upcoming exam.
The Professor said that, before the coronavirus situation, we conducted the SSC and Equivalent Exams in the first week of February. We want to go back to the previous schedule. If we complete the SSC Exam early, the HSC Exam can be conducted on an earlier schedule.
“The HSC and Equivalent Exams are taken in the month of April. We made changes in the schedule due to the coronavirus issue. We hope that we can organize the SSC Exam 2025 in the first week of February, and the HSC Exam in the beginning of April,” said Dhaka Education Board Chairman.
Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar also said that we planned to conduct the HSC and Equivalent Exam in full syllabus. However, as it is a difficult task for the students to complete the full syllabus, the exam will be held according to the HSC Short Syllabus published for HSC 2023.
Note that, SSC Exam 2024 started on February 15 for All Education Board across the country. As per the report, a total of 20 Lakh 24 thousand 192 candidates are participating in the exam. The exam is conducted smoothly without any interruption. Hopefully, the SSC and Equivalent Exam will be completed on March 13, 2024.
