Honours Admission Result 2024: NU Website down! Here’s alternative method

Honours Admission Result 2024 Published

The Honours Admission Result 2024 for the 1st Year of the National University has been published on Monday, March 18 (Today). The 1st Merit List for the academic year 2023-24 is officially released on the nu.ac.bd admission portal. However, the website does not respond after 10 minutes of the result publication.

As per the report, a large number of students are unable to view the merit list of Honours 1st Year Admission. They are getting the “nu.ac.bd/admissions Not Responding, This site can’t be reached, app1.nu.edu.bd website taking too long to respond” or more messages while visiting the website. About 500+ admission aspirants confirmed this information to Epi Express at around 4:15 PM.

Meanwhile, Epi Express got the same response from the National University website at nu.ac.bd/admissions, nubd.info and app1.nu.edu.bd while investigating the matter. The students are unable to check the Honours Admission Result from the mentioned websites.

During this time, students won’t be able to view the merit list or enter on the profile page. They will get the same message until the website works properly. However, the merit list will be visible on the screen within a few seconds once the portal opens quickly.

Luckily, there is an alternative method that will help the students to get the admission result. National University allows the mobile SMS method to provide the merit status. For this, students will need to send the roll number at 16222. For convenience, they can apply the following instructions;

Open the SMS App and type nu<Space>athn<Space>Admission Roll Number and send it to the mentioned number.

Example: nu athn 6542554

Note that, the Mobile SMS method will charge around 2.5 Taka from the account balance. The Merit status along with the assigned subject can be found within a few minutes on the reply SMS.
