Schools, Collages, and Madrasah of 27 District to shut

Schools, Colleges, and Madrasah announced to shut on Tuesday (April 30) in 27 districts of the country including Dhaka, Dinajpur, Rajshahi, and Khulna due to the heatwave. The Ministry of Education officially announced this information through a circular on Monday (Today) afternoon.

As per the report, the Schools, Colleges, and Madrasahs will be shut in all districts under Rajshahi and Khulna Division. A total of six districts (Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Tangail, Munshiganj, and Manikganj) under the Dhaka Division, two districts under Rangpur (Kurigram and Dinajpur), and one district under the Barisal Division.

The information has declared officially through a press release. The notice has been signed by M A Khayer, Information and Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education.

Meanwhile, 7 students are sick in the school’s classroom during the class in Comilla. Later, the message about the illness was sent to their parents and sent home.
