The Infinix Hot 70 series is set for its global launch on May 25. Ahead of the announcement, Infinix has revealed several design details and colour options for the upcoming smartphones. The series is already official in Bangladesh.
One of the key highlights is the new Thermo Orange colour variant. The phone can change its shade depending on temperature. In normal conditions, the back panel appears in a light orange finish. When exposed to very cold temperatures, such as inside a freezer for five to 15 minutes, the colour becomes a deeper orange.
The company also said users can apply heat with a hairdryer to create lighter shades on parts of the back panel. This thermal response feature can also create temporary patterns for a personalised look.
Other variants in the series include Quiet Violet and Green Texture. These models use gradient-style back panels with feather-like patterns that reflect light. Both versions also feature what Infinix calls the “Crystal Mood Island” around the camera module, designed with iridescent light effects.
For users who prefer simpler finishes, the Hot 70 series will also come in Night Pulse black, Silver Dancer, and Dive Blue colours. These versions will not include the colour-changing technology.

All models in the series will measure 7.49mm in thickness and weigh 195 grams, according to the company. Each version will also include an “Active Halo” LED light strip below the camera setup. The LED bar will support lighting effects for notifications, charging alerts, and gaming activity.
The design-focused approach may help Infinix attract younger smartphone buyers in markets such as India, where unique colours and visual features continue to gain attention in the mid-range segment.
More details about specifications, pricing, and availability are expected during the global launch event on May 25.
